Calling Nanny 911 for Bush!

Can we just get a rush call out to Nanny 911 and have her put Bush, Condi, Dick, and the rest of them in their place?
I mean, c'mon!
We need to talk about Diplomacy:
"the conduct of international relations through the intercession of professional diplomats with regard to issues of peace-making, culture, economics, trade, and war."
Unfortunately this administrations warped definition of diplomacy expressed clearly in July and again recently in testimony is:
"furtherance of plans to secure its own hegemony over the Middle East by force of arms."
more below...
Diplomacy means talking and communicating and LISTENING Mr. President! Not just relaying demands... that's extortion, but of course in Orwellian pre-emptive flair Condi accuses Iran and Syria of extortion:
"I think we need to recognize that if Iran and Syria wish to play a stabilizing role for their own interests, then they will do so," she said. "If on the other hand they intend to offer a stabilizing role because they believe that in our current situation in Iraq, we are willing to pay a price, that's not diplomacy, that's extortion."
Um.. actually negotiating what each side is willing to do IS diplomacy, MIZ Secretary.
There is more than just making plans for war in diplomacy. So why won't the administration have an actual dialogue with all interested parties?
During her senate testimony recently Condi was asked about talking diplomatically with Iran and Syria by Democratic Senator Christopher Dodd:
"
"None of us are suggesting at this table that we engage Iran or Syria as if they were an ally or friend and we're not talking about conferences where we give them a status that they don't deserve," Dodd said. "But it's awfully difficult to understand, Madame Secretary, why we would not try to engage very directly here with people here who can play a critical role in providing some stability."
Condi relayed the administration's position that they were going to try a different kind of diplomacy that did not involve talking with all parties involved!?
DOH!!
Now we hear that maybe there may be internal and regional dynamics shifting that offers opportunity for ACTUAL conversation and negotiation, not just with Iran, but with Syria also:
"Recently, Pennsylvania Republican Sen. Arlen Specter made his 16th trip to Syria and had his fourth conversation with President Assad. "I don't think he [Mr. Assad] views us in a position of weakness," said Mr. Specter, who believes it would be "sensible" to talk with Syria."
And I think this is what Bush fears most, is being seen as weak and a sissy cowboy, "all hat, no cattle."
"Instead, the White House has chosen a confrontational approach toward Iran, moving additional ships and missiles off Iran's coast, and putting the economic squeeze on Tehran. The administration believes Iran has grown overconfident because of the Iraq mess, so there is no point to talks."
So there you have it. A stubborn, arrogant child who refuses to take the blame for anything and insists that talking is not the way to solve anything, since he already started the fight anyway.
Do I dial a "1" before NANNY 911?
